Charlotte Udø Kjeldsberg

Master of music
Bachelor of music in education
Sankyo artist of Norway

Charlotte comes from a small and idyllic town, Mandal, in southern Norway. She started playing the flute at the age of 9 in the local music school and simultaneously played in a harmony band consisting only of girls, “Blomdalen jentekorps”. This is one of Norway’s last “girls only” harmony bands.
With this musical background Charlotte decided to become a musician and took a Bachelor education in her native country before going abroad.
She spent two years in Strasbourg, France, first as an Erasmus student, studying with Mario Caroli. After that she specialized in French baroque music on Traverso with Jean François Alizon. Charlotte recently graduated with a Master degree from "Conservatoire Royal de Mons", Belgium. Where she studied with the famous flautist Marc Grauwels.
